We stock a wide variety of plastic laminate material that was designed to be engraved. Shown are the colors of material that we typically have in stock, though there are many more options available through our vendors. Let us know if you are looking for a specific color combination. We can also paint fill engraved badges to add a pop of additional color.

Metal Badges

Metal badges available in Silver or Gold:

Stock Metal Badge Size: 2-1/2″ x 5/8″
Service Bar Size: 2-3/8″ x 13/16″
Clutch back standard. Can be replaced with Pin or Magnet back.

Wood Badges

Wood badges can be cut to any size as needed. Maple, Cherry, Walnut and Alder in stock. Other styles available from our network of suppliers.

FULL COLOR BADGES

Frames available in silver, gold or black plastic in sizes 1″ x 3″ or 1.5″ x 3″. Badges can be made without using frames if desired. The corners of the metal will be rounded off. We can sublimate white, silver or gold aluminum with your image or logo in full color and add any text required.
