Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you would like to return an item that was not customized, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt. If an error was made on any custom engraved item on our end, we will replace or refund the item per your request. In these cases, the item does not need to be returned. Otherwise, please note that custom engraved items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item.

Shipping

Items with an engraving error do not need to be returned. If you would like us to replace an item that we made an error on, it will be shipped out to you at no cost. For other eligible returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
